The client is the leading, all-in-one compliance automation platform. Delivering world-class governance, risk and compliance (GRC) solutions, the client makes it fast and easy to achieve and maintain security and privacy compliance.

The Context & Challenge

  • The client  wanted a seamless process to allow customers to provide their CC/ACH info during the quoting process itself in a PCI compliant manner, without sales rep intervention in an encrypted link so the scammers can’t hack it.

  • They also wanted the ability for their customers to update their payment method during invoice payment or send it from their billing Account when customers call them with payment related issues.

The Solution

  • Synthesis built a solution on SFDC that allowed the client to provide their customer an option to enter their CC/ACH information during the Quoting process, or after they had signed up (the solution was built using Force.com sites).

  • Synthesis has built a customization logic to overcome the hurdle to send the encrypted payment method link to the customers.
