Zuora Revenue Delivery Architect

Roles and Responsibilities

• Work with data integration technologies to design and implement new solutions and processes to support finance and accounting use cases.
• Design and document sound functional and technical solutions, including process flows, technical customizations, and integrations.
• Configure Zuora Revenue, Develop Test cases, Prepare Mock Data to validate Business requirements and processes
• Assist Client during Conference room pilot session, User acceptance testing and resolve issues.
• Supports the customer with regularly scheduled calls to answer functional and technical questions
• Design custom solutions / workarounds for identified GAPs.
• Participate in Data Conversion activities, perform training on Zuora Revenue implementation including period close activities involving ERP and Revenue platforms.
• Develops and delivers custom customer solution specific training materials.
• Ability to learn new technologies as they become prevalent and widely implemented, decision-making, time management, and task prioritization

Qualifications Required

• Enterprise level expertise with ERP, Order to Revenue, Billing, and/or CRM solutions a must
• Customer-facing solution delivery and/or business consulting experience.
• Experience delivering multiple moderate to complex technical solutions at the enterprise level and an understanding of the foundational cycles of solution implementation
• Bachelors of Science in Computer Science or in Business preferred.
• Deep knowledge of 606 Revenue Recognition solutions and revenue accounting policies required for 606 compliance is a must
• Experience with data management, data transformation, ETL/APIs, preferably using cloud-based tools/infrastructure is a must
• Code experience such as SQL, PLSQL or another programming language is a plus
• Ability to review API documentation and assist customers in determining how best use APIs and troubleshoot API integrations.
• Experience managing tasks on multiple projects simultaneously.
