The client delivers enterprise-class Software as a Service (SaaS) that transforms how businesses work with distributed teams, contractors and clients around the globe.
The Context & Challenge
The client wanted a seamless process to allow customers to provide their CC/ACH info during the quoting process in a PCI-compliant manner without sales rep intervention.
They also wanted their customers to update their payment method during invoice payments.
Lastly, after the initial launch (Zuora CPQ), there was a double-entry for sales: to create SF Quote, then to create Zuora Quote.
Synthesis built a solution on SFDC that allowed the client to provide their customer an option to enter their CC/ACH information during the Quoting process, or after they had signed up (the solution was built using Force.com sites).
To fix the final problem, we built a Salesforce Opportunity and Zuora Sync customization to streamline Oppty-Quote flow for new subscriptions, amendments, and renewals.
