The Client
delivers enterprise-class Software as a Service (SaaS) that transforms how businesses work with distributed teams, contractors and clients around the globe.
The Challenge

The client wanted a seamless process to allow customers to provide their CC/ACH info during the quoting process itself in a PCI compliant manner, without sales rep intervention.

They also wanted the ability for their customers to update their payment method during invoice payment.

Lastly, after the initial launch (Zuora CPQ), there was double-entry for sales: to create SF Quote, then to create Zuora Quote.
The Solution

Synthesis built a solution on SFDC that allowed the client to provide their customer an option to enter their CC/ACH information during the Quoting process, or after they had signed up (the solution was built using Force.com sites).

To fix the final problem, we built a Salesforce Opportunity and Zuora Sync customization to streamline Oppty-Quote flow for new subscriptions, amendments, and renewals.
