Synthesis enabled this client to enhance their Quoting process and streamline Oppty-Quote clog for new subscriptions, amendments, and renewals.

The Client

delivers enterprise-class Software as a Service (SaaS) that transforms how businesses work with distributed teams, contractors and clients around the globe.

The Challenge

  • The client  wanted a seamless process to allow customers to provide their CC/ACH info during the quoting process itself in a PCI compliant manner, without sales rep intervention.

  • They also wanted the ability for their customers to update their payment method during invoice payment.

  • Lastly, after the initial launch (Zuora CPQ), there was double-entry for sales: to create SF Quote, then to create Zuora Quote.

The Solution

  • Synthesis built a solution on SFDC that allowed the client to provide their customer an option to enter their CC/ACH information during the Quoting process, or after they had signed up (the solution was built using Force.com sites).

  • To fix the final problem, we built a Salesforce Opportunity and Zuora Sync customization to streamline Oppty-Quote flow for new subscriptions, amendments, and renewals.
