Job Description

Deliver end-to-end solutions through the entire SDLC – right from running the client facing workshops, design, build, test, deployment, UAT and handover. Participate in business/customer requirement analysis discussions and use Oracle Billing and Revenue Management or Zuora for designing, developing, testing, and deploying proposed solution. Participate in data analysis, requirements gathering, use cases documentation, business analysis, systems design and integration, user interface design and implementation, and testing of Billing Transformation projects. Present technical concepts effectively to diverse stakeholder groups and engage with senior executives of large enterprises on both technical and business topics. Effectively manage scope changes within a project or program. Manage systems/processes concurrently such as ERP, CRM, accounting systems, provisioning systems, Zuora – Billing, Oracle Billing and Revenue Management and payment systems, and Salesforce platform. Design and validate that the proposed solution architecture supports the stated and implied business requirements. Present Architecture deliverables such as Ecosystem and Integration diagrams, ERD, Business Process Flows, Swim lanes, and Mockups. Perform conversion and migration process overview, interfaces and reports, Gap analysis and blueprint development.

Experience/Qualifications

Master’s or foreign academic equivalent in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Software Systems, Computer Engineering or related field of study plus one (1) year of experience. May travel to unanticipated client sites throughout U.S. Experience with Oracle Communications Billing and Revenue Management, Oracle Database, AWS, C, Java, JavaScript and Python required.
