The Context & Challenge
- The client began expanding into international markets, such as Canada, Mexico, The UK, and China. They quickly realized they would need to upgrade their taxation system to a tax solution that would meet their local and international requirements. They would also need to re-configure their product catalog to launch new products for these geographical regions rapidly.
- They had custom CRM solution, a separate Order Management system, and a reseller model in the U.S, and Europe
- Their integrations were unsuitable for their international initiative hindering their internal systems and go-to-market strategy.
The Solution
- Synthesis successfully installed and configured SureTax CCH which included configuration of CCH tax templates, refunds, credits, and setting up taxation codes.
- Additionally, Synthesis made sure the tax engine and the Zuora Product Catalog were integrated and set up correctly supporting future scenarios
